About the owner

I am a licensed professional counselor in the state of Connecticut and have been working in the Mental Health field for over 10 years.  Being a native of the Caribbean and working in Community Mental Health for years has given me a well-rounded experience in the influence of culture, race, socioeconomic status, and other factors in our healing journey.  I have worked with a plethora of clients from the severely mentally ill to persons just struggling through transitions or balancing life roles.

I understand that while we all have common struggles we are all unique individuals and the importance of considering needs in the context of who the individual is.  I also have a background in Business studies and administrative work.  I use this knowledge and experience along with my expertise in mental health to provide coaching and training to individuals looking to be successful in their jobs, careers, or businesses.  

Integrity Counseling and Consultation was founded on the philosophy that everyone, no matter their background or situation can strive to live their best life and what this looks like should always stay true to the integrity of who you are!
